Photoshop 2

To alter this image I used the healing brush tool and changed the eye colour.
Before beginning with the healing brush, I duplicated the layer as a precaution in case I made a mistake, so I could delete the section of the top layer which had gone wrong.
To use the healing brush, I held the alt key over an area of the photo which was free of blemishes, then clicked on an area with a spot to cover it. The spots were all different shapes and sizes, so I had to keep pressing alt and change the size of the brush.

I then chose to change the eye colour of the girl in the image. To do this, I used the magnetic lasso tool to select the eye, holding down alt while selecting the pupil so it stayed the same colour. I created a new adjustment layer for hue and saturation and selected the colour I wanted. I repeated this for the other eye.
